Kplan allows you to create a classification (=a Categories tree) for your Notes, another for your Contacts
and a third one for your Documents.
Each classification can hold as many categories, sub-categories, sub-sub...categories as needed.
You can also improve each of these classification with the time.
You add new Categories or modify the Categories that already exist in your Notes/Activites, Contacts or
your Documents using the left pannels, as shown below:
