Kplan can remind you of your appointments and of all your important activities
To do so, open the Note / Activity concerned and click on panel "Alarms".
Click on the "Add" button. The following window will open:
You can then choose to create alarms
- n ( days / hours / minutes ) before the start of the activity
- n ( days / hours / minutes ) after the start of the activity (useful to follow activities such as bills...)
You can also change the displayed message, the window color and the font color.
Here is an example of the message you will receive on alarm event
