You can associated to each Note/Activity the following Time information:
- one date of Start
- one hour of Start
- one date of End
- one hour of Start
They are information Kplan uses to display your Notes/Activities in the Calendar.
All these information are of course optional. Just uncheck the two buttons ("Start
activated" and "End activated") to create notes that are not in the Calendar.

if you right-click in the time entry field (start or end), the next contextual menu appears:
