Select the type of information you want to import (Contacts / Documents...)
Then specify in which columns (A...Z) the information is located.
In the following example, we specified that column A of the file contains the person's
name and that column B contains the first name. After finalizing the correspondence
between your fields and kplan fields, importing information can start.
Comment: when you specify a column name, kplan gives you a preview of the column content
(i.e. the preview of column A is SMITH)
